As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they get the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living and provide support and companionship. You'll share great moments and memories with the residents, making it a fulfilling environment. Every day will be different, allowing you to undertake varied and rewarding work. As a Care Assistant, tasks may include supporting residents with their food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring that each resident has one-to-one time. This is a chance to put your skills to meaningful use and develop your career.
