As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living, provide support and companionship while sharing great moments and memories. Every day will be different, offering a chance to engage in varied and rewarding work. Responsibilities include supporting residents with their food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring one-to-one time with each resident. To join, you'll need some experience caring for older people, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills.
