As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, providing support and companionship, and sharing great moments and memories. Every day will be different, as you undertake varied and rewarding tasks. This role offers an opportunity to put your skills to meaningful use and develop your career. To join as a Care Assistant, some experience in caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills are needed. Compassion and dedication are essential.
