Care Assistant - Care Home

This role involves helping residents at a Barchester care home to enjoy each day by providing the quality care and support they deserve. A Care Assistant is responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, offering support and companionship, and sharing great moments with the residents. The position provides an opportunity for individuals to bring their dedication and compassion to a fulfilling work environment. No two days will be the same, offering variety and reward in the tasks undertaken. A Care Assistant might support residents with their food and drink, follow care plans, and ensure each resident receives individual attention.
