As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll be responsible for providing quality care and support to residents. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, offering companionship, and creating memorable moments with the residents. You will follow individual care plans and have the opportunity to engage in varied and rewarding work. The role requires some experience in caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach.
