As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they get the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living activities, providing support, and companionship, and creating great moments and memories. Your dedication and compassion will contribute to a fulfilling environment, with varied and rewarding work. Responsibilities include supporting residents with their food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring one-to-one time for every resident. You'll need some experience caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-heartedness will help you deliver the highest standard of care.
