Care Assistant - Care Home

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they get the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living, provide support, companionship, and share great moments and memories. Every day will be different, and you could be doing anything from supporting residents with their food and drink, following care plans, to ensuring that each of our residents has one-to-one time. To join us as a Care Assistant, you'll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills.
