As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, providing support and companionship, and ensuring residents have one-to-one time. You will also support residents with food and drink and follow care plans. A can-do approach and excellent communication skills are essential, along with experience in caring for older people.
