As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, your role is to help residents enjoy each day by making sure they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You will assist with daily living activities, provide support and companionship, and share great moments and memories with residents. Every day will be different, involving tasks as varied as supporting residents with their food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring residents receive one-to-one time. This position allows you to use your skills meaningfully while developing your career in a fulfilling environment.
