As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You will assist with daily living, providing support and companionship, and sharing great moments and memories. It is an opportunity to bring dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. Every day will be different, with varied and rewarding work. Tasks may include supporting residents with their food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring one-to-one time with residents.
