As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship while sharing memorable moments. This role offers a fulfilling environment where your dedication and compassion make a difference. Expect varied and rewarding tasks, from supporting residents with meals and following care plans to providing one-to-one time.
