As a Care Assistant, you will be essential in maintaining the wellbeing of our residents by providing outstanding care. You will collaborate with colleagues and the wider Akari Care team to ensure that residents are valued, respected, and leading fulfilled lives. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, including personal care and meals, and providing companionship. We emphasize working together to make a difference and respecting individual choices by offering personalized care and support. Candidates should have a kind and caring nature, enjoy teamwork, possess good communication skills, and be adaptable. A warm, approachable persona and mutual respect are crucial.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the wellbeing of our residents through the provision of outstanding care, collaborating with colleagues and the wider Akari Care team. You will be kind and caring and committed to maintaining an environment in which our residents are valued, respected, retain their individuality and dignity, and lead fulfilled lives.

You will assist our residents with daily living. Every day is different and could include helping with personal care, meals or simply spending time with them. Working together to make a difference for our residents, we will respect their individual choices by providing personalised care and support.
