Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you'll support residents with personal care, ensuring dignity and independence. You'll identify and escalate clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, and infections. Courteous interaction with residents and visitors, along with maintaining safe working systems across tasks, are crucial. Shift Details: 7 am to 2:30 pm / 2.30 om till 10 pm , including alternate weekends, bank holidays and night shifts
