Join our St Peters park care home team as a Care Assistant and make a real difference in residents lives while building a rewarding career in care, no experience necessary. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality personal care and support to residents, assist with medication administration and recording, support residents with daily living activities and routines, build meaningful relationships, provide companionship, help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement, and promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being. Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care, listening to residents wonderful life stories, helping with daily routines, or simply being a friendly face that brightens their day.

The role of a Care Assistant
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
- Assist with medication administration and recording.
- Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
- Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
- Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
- Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.

About you: You dont need previous care experience. What matters most is your kindness and motivation to help others. - No experience needed full training provided

- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)
- Able to work alternate weekends
