The role of a Care Assistant at Agincare Homes Holdings involves providing personal care and support to residents, administering and recording medication, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting activities and social engagement. Care Assistants are expected to promote dignity, independence, and well-being while delivering person-centred care as part of a team. No experience is needed for this role as full training is provided. The position offers outstanding career development with funded training up to QCF Level 5, and both nights 24-hour contracts and days 42-hour contracts are available. The salary is up to £12.76 per hour. Additional benefits include a Refer-a-Friend bonus up to £1,000, Blue Light Card discounts, a company pension scheme, and on-demand pay. Candidates must have a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK as visa sponsorship is not offered. The role is based at Cheriton care home, 8-10 Weymouth Ave, Dorchester.
