Job Description What you'll do We are looking for a caring, patient and attentive Care Assistant/Support Worker to provide 1:1 support to a young person with complex health needs. You will help manage their tracheostomy, PEG feeds, medication and mobility, supporting them to be independent where possible and interact their family.
