- * Long-term contract (Until July 2027) ** Behaviour Support Worker SEN and Mental Health ** Possibility of a permanent contract from August 2026 for the right candidate ** £95-£105 per day (weekly pay) ** September start ** SEN & Mental Health ** Experienced TA's and graduates welcome to apply ** Good transport links ** Round-the-clock support A fantastic opportunity has become available for a psychology graduate looking to gain valuable experience providing restorative practices to young people with a diverse set of complex needs. This is an 'Outstanding' OFSTED rated mainstream school in Rochford who are actively recruiting for specialist behaviour support workers with a psychology or criminology graduate background. The school is looking for either an experienced SEN behaviour support worker or a graduate, to provide individualised support to children with complex needs. What we are looking for:
