Join our team as a Bank Speech & Language Therapist, benefiting from flexible shift booking, Wagestream access, and professional growth opportunities. You'll work within the preschool team to assess and deliver evidence-based interventions for children with speech, language, and communication needs. Empower parents, carers, and professionals through training and support, focusing on early years settings like nurseries and family homes. The role involves school-based assessments as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team, creating tailored care plans, providing reports for Education, Health, and Care Plans, and supporting service development. You'll supervise SLT assistants, deliver training, and participate in multi-agency meetings.

Qualifications
Essential
- Recognised Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent, Health and Care Professions Council Licence to Practice (HCPC), Membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists, Specialist knowledge of assessments and interventions for client group.
