Bank Senior Occupational Therapist - NW Surrey

We are recruiting for an experienced Bank Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist. The role involves working as a key member of the multidisciplinary team, providing Occupational Therapy assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children. The candidate will support children, their families, and carers in self-management and care. The post holder is responsible for devising child-centered therapy plans using evidence-based practice to ensure the individual's full potential is developed or maintained. Occupational Therapists will provide clinical support, training, and supervision for junior staff and students. Responsibilities include managing and organizing daily delivery of therapy services, supervising students and Band 5 staff, assessing children with performance difficulties, and recommending specialist equipment.
