Join our team as a Bank Occupational Therapist. As a Band 5 Occupational Therapist, you will work in a multidisciplinary team, supporting children with various developmental and performance challenges. You will develop and implement individualised treatment plans, liaise with professionals, and contribute to team performance targets. Responsibilities include carrying out high-quality school-based assessments, providing tailored advice, supporting the use of specialist equipment, and more. This temporary role requires you to be active in childrens community health services and offers flexible working options, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, knowledge or training in ASD strategies/interventions, evidence of post-graduate training or equivalent experience in child development, ASD, ADHD, neurodevelopmental conditions, experience working with children in a similar paediatric setting, confidence in using a variety of assessments and treatment approaches.
