Join us as a Registered Nurse, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding clinical care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you'll leverage your robust clinical knowledge and exceptional people skills to elevate standards in relationship-centred care, clinical excellence, and dementia care throughout our home. Your Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Clinical Care Manager to oversee clinical care, ensuring continuous assessment, planning, and evaluation.Lead our clinical team, aligning them with the Hallmark vision and principles.Contribute to the regular audit of care plans, ensuring they meet residents' specific needs.Foster effective communication with residents, families, and team members.
