As a Bank Business Support Administrator at HCRG Care Group, you will enjoy a range of benefits to support your wellbeing, including flexible shift booking, Wagestream access, and opportunities for professional growth. This temporary role offers an hourly rate of £13.64, with the main responsibilities involving accurate data entry and maintenance of sensitive patient information. Working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm at the Woking Hub, the successful candidate will become part of a team ensuring safeguarding records are kept current. Applicants must possess excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential information. Essential qualifications include a good general education, administrative experience in a customer-facing environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role requires discretion, sensitivity, and strong organizational skills, with occasional home working opportunities post-training.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Good general education to at least GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English. Administrative experience in a busy, customer-facing environment. High levels of computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with discretion, sensitivity, and confidentiality.
