As Ward Manager, you will provide visible and inspiring leadership to a dedicated nursing team, creating a positive, inclusive and therapeutic environment for both patients and staff. You will play a key role in driving service improvement, maintaining high standards of care, and ensuring young people receive the best possible support on their recovery journey.
Working within a rewarding and dynamic setting, you will lead and develop the nursing workforce, champion innovation, and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Registration & Qualifications
Essential
- Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD)
- Experience of managing a team
Desirable
- Experience of working with Young people.
- Experience of working within secure services.
