Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist Band 6/7 to join the Therapy Inpatients team at Aintree Hospital. Key Responsibilities:
Undertake timely physiotherapy assessments on Ward 7 to determine discharge readiness, and physiotherapeutic interventions required.Parallel planning.Develop and monitor individualised exercise and rehabilitation plans.Liaise with hospital, community, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.Support timely flow and discharge. Requirements:
Relevant Physiotherapy qualification.HCPC Registered.Experience in an acute surgery setting.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Commitment to patient-centred care.
