Working across Cheshire and Merseyside HCV Operational Delivery Network the role will involve identifying and supporting patients through their treatment pathways.

The post will involve training to become competent in the management of patients with blood borne viruses and Liver Disease. Training and assessment will be undertaken.

Qualifications

Essential: - Registered Nurse / Midwife; - Post-basic specialist Qualification relevant to speciality; - Evidence of continued professional development
