You will be reliable, enthusiastic and self-motivated, understand the importance of excellent customer service/team working. You will have regular contact with clinical colleagues and be a good ambassador by demonstrating Trust values at all times, showing empathy and respecting confidentiality.
The Decontamination Technicians post is 37.5 hours per week; all Technicians are rostered to work Saturday and Sundays. The Decontamination Technician is required to carry out the full duties in the Central Endoscopy Decontamination unit which is monitored by our Quality Standard and may be required work across sites at Queen Elizabeth, Solihull, Heartlands and Goodhope Hospital.
