You'll help create a safe, engaging, and structured environment where children can build confidence, develop key skills, and enjoy learning. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to each childDelivering fun, engaging, and age-appropriate learning activitiesSupporting communication, social interaction, and emotional regulationEncouraging independence and early life skills developmentHelping maintain a positive, consistent, and nurturing classroom environment Who We're Looking for someone who:

Has experience with, or a strong interest in, supporting children with autismIs patient, caring, and enthusiastic about working with young childrenCan build strong, trusting relationships with primary-aged pupilsWorks well both independently and as part of a teamIs passionate about supporting children with special educational needs
