We are recruiting for a Assistant Psychologist to join our team.
Woodleigh Hospital is a Level 2 mental health rehabilitation service providing specialist care for men and women aged 18 years and over with enduring mental health needs, including autistic people. Many of those we support also have ongoing physical health conditions requiring coordinated clinical care. We work with people experiencing a range of complex mental health conditions, including psychosis, Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD) and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
- Support psychological assessments and interventions under supervision.
- Assist with the collection, analysis, and reporting of clinical data.
- Contribute to service evaluations, audits, and research projects.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide administrative support to the psychology service as required.
- A degree in Psychology (accredited by the appropriate professional body).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health difficulties is desirable.
- A commitment to confidentiality, equality, and person-centred care.
- Regular clinical supervision and professional development.
