What We're Looking For
Essential
- Proven leadership and management experience within adult social care.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or working towards).
- In-depth knowledge of social care legislation, regulations and best practice.
- Experience managing multiple services, service budgets, rotas, occupancy and commissioned hours.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience driving quality and compliance through audits and service improvement plans.
- Strategic, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, influencing and decision-making skills.
- Strong IT and data literacy.
- Passionate, values-driven leadership approach with a commitment to person-centred care, equality and inclusion.
Desirable
- Level 7 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care.
- Knowledge of therapeutic and non-aversive support approaches.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between services.
