We are recruiting motivated, caring and compassionate individual for the role of Apprentice Wheelchair Therapy Assistant for our Adult Therapies area....
As an Apprentice Wheelchair Therapy Assistant at Leeds Teaching Hospitals, youll learn how to assess for the provision of mobility devices under the supervision of a Wheelchair Therapist, including personal care tasks, unpacking and assembling of devices, mobility and transfer tasks. Over the 15-month programme, youll learn how to take into account a patients individual physical, social and emotional needs to give an holistic assessment and will become a valued part of the therapy team.
