We're seeking someone who
- Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Is confident using Microsoft Office applications
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills
- Is eager to learn and develop new skills
- Can manage their workload effectively and work to deadlines
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality customer service
You'll gain hands-on experience in a wide range of administrative tasks, including:
- Preparing agendas and taking minutes at meetings
- Creating and formatting documents, reports, graphs and flowcharts
- Data entry and record management
- Filing, scanning and photocopying documents
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Ordering stationery and departmental supplies
- Supporting the distribution of pharmacy resources and medical textbooks
- Booking meeting rooms and coordinating meetings
- Assisting the Senior Leadership Team with administrative support
- Organising, distributing and recording prescriptions across Trust services
- Supporting colleagues across the wider Pharmacy department as required
- Providing general administrative support and undertaking ad hoc duties

- Willingness to work towards and complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
- Evidence of IT skills including emails, Excel and Word

- Previous work experience in a customer service environment.
- Experience of working within an healthcare setting
