Experience

Essential: - Experience of working/work experience in a customer service setting or care setting

Desirable: - Previous experience of working with the hearing impaired

Skills

Essential: - Good written communication; - Good communication/interpersonal skills with a range of people

Qualifications

Essential: - Be eligible to undertake Level 2 Apprentership Healthcare Science Assistant training GCSE Grade D or higher (or equivalent) in Maths, English and Science

Knowledge

Essential: - Understanding of Information Governance and Confidentiality; - Understanding of Data protection and Confidentiality
