About You We are looking for an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist with a strong background in Adult Social Care and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred services.

You will bring

: - A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and HCPC registration - Significant post-qualification experience within Adult Social Care

  • Experience of supervising, supporting or mentoring staff, students or apprentices
  • The ability to provide professional leadership and support to colleagues - Confidence in decision-making and managing complex situations
  • Excellent communication and partnership-working skills
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and achieving positive outcomes for adults and carers

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of an expanding Occupational Therapy service, influence practice, and support the growth of colleagues within a collaborative and supportive team environment. If you're looking for a role where you can lead, influence and make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
