The Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ANP/ACP) at Operose Health focuses on improving access, outcomes, and patient experience in primary care. Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:
- Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
- You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
- You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.
Ideal Candidate: What we look for in new colleagues:
- Experience in a Primary Care setting.
- NMC registered nurse with advance clinical practice tor working towards non-medical prescriber.
- Minor injury and illness qualification essential and the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care
- It is preferred that the ideal candidates is a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.
