This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of integrated MSK care within a Single Point of Access (SPA) service, alongside a team of Advanced Practice Physiotherapists, MSK Consultants and GPs with Extended Roles. You will play a key role in ensuring patients receive the right intervention, in the right place, at the right time. As an autonomous practitioner, you will undertake advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis and management of patients presenting with a wide range of complex musculoskeletal conditions. You will be responsible for independently requesting, interpreting and acting upon diagnostic investigations, including imaging results, and making informed decisions regarding patient management. Working across primary and secondary care interfaces, you will coordinate onward referrals into specialist services where appropriate, helping to streamline pathways and improve patient outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to develop advanced clinical expertise while making a tangible impact on local MSK services.

We at Cora Health are delighted to be growing our team of talented clinicians and are currently looking for Advanced Musculoskeletal (MSK) Clinicians (Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Rehab Therapist, Sports Therapist) who are passionate about providing high-quality patient-centred care to join us as part of a large multidisciplinary team in Brent.
We are dedicated to delivering the highest level of patient care, in the most efficient and cost-effective way, with re-investment to ensure services are sustainable. We are looking for well-organised Advanced MSK Clinicians, to deliver quality clinical care for patients with MSK conditions. Whilst undertaking comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs, you must formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge are achieved.
Join our motivated, ambitious, and fast-growing team. We focus on competency, developing talent and offer great flexibility. You'll be registered with the HCPC or equivalent regulator (as professional background dictates) and be qualified as a clinician that works within MSK practice.
We are committed to a multi-professional workforce based on competency and welcome applications from Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Sports Therapists and Rehab Therapists. If you're able to manage a varied caseload of MSK patients, committed to CPD and have the desire to develop yourself and the service, with a keen eye on improving patient care, then we'd like to hear from you.
As an Advanced MSKClinician, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, diagnosing, and managing complex cases across primary or secondary care settings. You'll work autonomously, leading clinical pathways, and contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
You will work closely with the Consultant physiotherapists in supporting and co-ordinating clinical education within the service.
You will also act as a source of expertise in the management of the service and provide an advisory service to patients and other healthcare professionals, GP's and Consultants
