Job description

Our Client, a Merseyside council is seeking an Adult’s Social Worker to join their Community. Fantastic payrate of £36.82 per hour! Are you an Adult Social Worker, passionate about making a difference in your community? Do not miss out on this fantastic opportunity! Responsibilities of this role:

Undertake Care Act assessments, reviews, and person-centred support planning for autistic adults and individuals with a range of care and support needs.Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes through strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming social work practice.Manage safeguarding concerns, risk assessments, and interventions in line with relevant legislation and local procedures.Apply the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and support individuals with decision-making and best interest processes where required.Work collaboratively with service users, families, carers, health professionals, and partner agencies to coordinate effective support and access to community resources.Maintain accurate case records, reports, and statutory documentation while managing a diverse and complex caseload. Requirements of this role:

Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.Must have minimum of 3 years post qualifying social work experience Benefits of working through Reed, include:
