Are you an organised and approachable Administrator looking to make a real difference in sexual health services? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment where no two days are the same? If so, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for a dedicated Sexual Health Administrator to join our multidisciplinary team in Rugby, providing high-quality, confidential and non-judgemental support to people accessing our services. You will play an important role in helping our clinics run smoothly, supporting patients from their first contact through to the completion of their appointment and working closely with clinical colleagues to deliver an excellent patient experience. You will join a dedicated administrative team working closely with clinical and managerial colleagues across the Sexual Health Service. The team is collaborative, professional and patient-focused, supporting one another to deliver a safe, efficient and welcoming service. This is a part-time role working 32 hours per week.

Qualifications
Essential
- Essential: GCSE-level education, or equivalent, in Maths and English. Experience in an administrative, reception or customer-facing role. Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to organise and prioritise your workload. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A professional, mature and non-judgemental approach when dealing with sensitive sexual health matters. Ability to work within agreed procedures, use initiative appropriately and seek guidance when required. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Understanding of confidentiality and the importance of accurate record-keeping. Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging or distressing situations. Flexibility and willingness to respond to changing service needs.
