As an Administrator your responsibilities will vary. You will

  • Contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site
  • Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning etc.
  • Dealing with referrals
  • Keeping records up to date

We have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to join our Healthcare Team at HMP Thameside name, a category B Prison located in London.

We are looking to recruit for an Administrator to join the Early Days in Custody team and assist with booking in appointments for patients, updating the database, referrals as well as other administration duties. Hours

Monday - Friday 0800 - 1600 Salary

This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £29,837 per annum FTE

Qualifications required

  • English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
  • Ability to prioritise workload
