  • Be responsible for providing an efficient administrative/secretarial service to the OEIS team
  • Be a contact and channel of communication between users of the service and the team, maintaining a professional but sympathetic manner.
  • Taking minutes of meetings.
  • Deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information from the clinical team using initiative to direct appropriately.
  • Provide reception cover
  • Provide ad hoc, flexible, and focussed admin support to the team as required, ensuring that the office is stocked with relevant forms and stationery to ensure a smooth-running office.
