The role will involve
Managing and prioritising your own workload
Booking appointments for patients within specific timeframes.
Maintaining Electronic Patient Records
Following and inputting into Standard Operating Procedures
Call Handling
Scanning documents onto patient records Using Microsoft Office Packages; Excel, Word, Outlook
Working as part of a friendly administrative team
Being adaptable and Flexible to change
Having excellent attention to detail.
