- Provide operational leadership and coordination of administrative services across CYPIMHS, Crisis and Intensive Home Treatment, Eating Disorder, Inpatient and Day Services.
- Line manage, supervise and develop administrative staff, including appraisal, performance management and training.
- Lead a high-performing team, promoting collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate administrative resources to maintain service cover and continuity.
- Support implementation of new services, pathways and organisational change.
- Work with operational and clinical leaders to support service delivery, quality standards and performance targets.
- Monitor data quality within electronic patient record systems and ensure compliance with Trust and national requirements.
- Produce and analyse activity and performance reports to support decision making.
- Review and improve administrative systems and processes to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
- Coordinate recruitment, induction and training activities.
- Oversee key administrative functions including referrals, discharge communications and meeting support.
- Represent administrative services at meetings, forums and Trust-wide groups.
- Support estates, facilities, health and safety and business continuity requirements.
- Manage operational issues, competing priorities and risk escalation as required.

Qualifications and knowledge
Essential
- Knowledge of a range of work procedures and practices.
- 3 or more GCSE/O levels which must include English and Maths
- 'A' Level/BTEC Diploma/NVQ3 Business Administration/Customer Service or equivalent experiential learning
Desirable
- Literacy and numeracy level 2
Experience
Essential
- Demonstrable experience of practice and procedures relevant to the area of work
- Knowledge and experience of IT systems e.g. ESR, NPfIT
Desirable
- Maintaining the quality and integrity of data in Trust IT systems
Skills and Competencies

- Able to demonstrate inter-personal communication skills
- Able to plan and prioritise effectively
- Good telephone manner
