Work with Service Managers/Modern Matrons to support the on-going development of administration services within the Care Group
Working with clinical and administrative staff; establish and streamline administrative processes across all pathways
Working with colleagues, ensure that IT system functionality is maximised and used effectively for the efficient service delivery

Qualifications
Essential
- 5 GCSE's including English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent standard of education with the emphasis on numeracy and literacy.
- NVQ 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
- RSA/OCR Level 3 Typing/Word processing or equivalent.
Desirable: - Project management qualifications e.g. Prince 2.
Experience
Essential
- Demonstrable experience of working in a busy office and pressurised environment and managing a diverse workload
- Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience of managing teams.
- 2 years administrative experience within the NHS or other complex organisation.
- To be able to demonstrate working on own initiative and as a member of a team.
Desirable
- Experience of liaising with staff across different disciplines and organisational boundaries
- Experience of working across multi agency groups.
- Dealing appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience of supporting/managing projects.
- Working within financial constraints, policies and procedures.
- Experience of performance management
Knowledge
Essential: - Moving and handling object key trainer or prepared to undertake study.; - Thorough understanding of confidentiality and security of information.
Skills
Essential
- To be able to demonstrate effective problem solving abilities.
- Experience of working to and meeting deadlines.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills and the ability to employ these skills to maintain effective relationships.
- Ability to translate information from and across multiple formats and media.
- Ability to manage a diverse workload.
- Ability to produce documentation to a high standard.
- Flexible and adaptable approach.
Desirable: - Developing, implementing and maintaining processes, procedures and systems
