Make A Difference Everyday We are seeking a motivated and experienced Administrator to join our team! Asana Lodge is a 22-bed drug and alcohol rehab facility that treats conditions such as drug and alcohol addiction, as well as dual diagnosis depression, anxiety disorders and stress burnout. Located in the scenic countryside area of Yardley Gobion in Towcester, our rehab centre offers a relaxing and safe environment for people to recover from substance abuse. Through industry-leading, scientifically proven techniques, we treat both the body and mind to help our clients recover from addiction. Our approach is progressive and tailored to the needs of the individual, and we have a wide range of dedicated medical professionals to help along the way. What You’ll be Doing

Oversee administrative functions, including budgeting, staffing, and scheduling.Manage financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.Ensure compliance with CQC regulations.Collaborate with medical staff to improve patient care What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (Master's preferred).At least 1 + years of experience in hospital administrationFinancial management skills Why Join Us?
