As an Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of responsibilities to help deliver quality care and support to residents. The role requires answering the phone, handling files, and supporting managers. Responsibilities also include meeting and greeting visitors, engaging with residents, and showing potential clients and their families around the facility. The role seeks individuals who can multi-task, have good computer skills, and a confident telephone manner. Being a people person is crucial as the role involves taking a genuine interest in residents and their families. Courses are available to help develop your skills.
