Specsavers Staines is seeking an ambitious Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to embark on an exciting journey towards business ownership. Joining initially as an Acting Audiology Partner, you'll benefit from a development programme designed to prepare you for full partnership within approximately 12 months, culminating in the acquisition of 50% shareholding to become the Audiology Partner and Director of this successful business. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with hands-on business experience, supported by a tailored development programme designed to prepare you for partnership. You'll work alongside experienced Optical and Retail Partners with a strong operational background and a proven track record of developing successful partners and businesses.
