1042 - Foundation Administrator

To provide full and efficient administrative and data management support to the Foundation Programme Director, Director of Post Graduate Medical Education and Medical Education Manager for the delivery of the Foundation Training Curriculum and management of trainee rotations, with particular emphasis on co-ordination, collection, monitoring and analysis of assessment documentation required for the accreditation of F1 and F2 doctors as required in the Operational Framework for Foundation Training.

Knowledge and Awareness

Essential: - Understanding the principles of assessment.

Desirable: - Detailed knowledge relating to medical training and education

Experience

Essential: - Computer literate and proficient in a wider range of software packages.; - Previous experience of working in the NHS

Qualifications

Essential: - NVQ Level III or working towards, OCR III, RSA III, ECDL or equivalent.; - Level 3 Counselling skills or willing to work towards
