Job description
FEMALE SUPPORT WORKER Required to work with a young person with hearing loss, cerebral palsy, and autism in her own home in the Southampton area. Role will involve some personal care and assisting with occupational therapy, physiotherapy, social & leisure outings, supporting and enabling her to develop independent living skills.
