Make a Difference Every Day We are looking for compassionate and skilled Support Worker Bank to help our residents lead fulfilling lives and achieve their personal goals. Hamilton Court is a specialist residential care home. We specialise in providing high quality residential care to meet the assessed needs of adults with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, complex needs, autism and associated challenging behaviours. What You’ll be Doing
Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence.Help residents with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.Provide emotional support and companionship.Maintain accurate records and documentation.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.Ensure a safe and clean-living environment for residents.
What You’ll Need
Minimum of 1+ years’ experience as a support workerStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.NVQ2 in Health and Social Care & First aid Trained
