We are urgently recruiting an experienced Support Worker to join our client Praxis, within their mental health supported living team in Ballyclare. The role involves day and sleepover shifts on a flexible rota from Monday to Sunday. Responsibilities include administering medication and providing person-centred support that promotes residents independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
