We are currently recruiting for a full time Staff Nurse to join the team at our In Patient Unit. Previous palliative care experience is not essential but a passion for providing excellent nursing care in a small team is. You will assess individual care needs and develop appropriate care plans using a holistic approach, providing information, advice and support to patients, families and carers.
